today i had to say goodbye to my grandma. she's lived nearby my whole life and i've always had a close relationship with her. her health is failing though and it was decided that for palliative care, she would be moved to my aunt's house halfway across the country. i don't know if i'll be able to see her again and it's been extremely difficult to process. i don't think i've cried this much in a long time

i wrote and recorded this song for her over the last few weeks and burned it onto a CD for her to take with. the title translates to "i love you grandma". i really wanted to make something to remind her of how much i love her, and i hope that this song can be something she can remember me by

this is a very personal song to me but i wanted to upload it for sentimental reasons. i hope it's something you'll enjoy

update 10/12/2023: my dear grandma passed away today at the age of 91. i was about to drive across the country to see her but couldn't make it in time to say goodbye. we've always been very close and losing her is devastating, i miss her so much. please rest in peace 할머니, i'll always love you dearly
